Voting functions appear to be broken again…. im working on it and hopefully they will be fixed before too long, we may however lose all of the vote depending on the route i take to fix it.

Put off releasing the gallery until i can fix a few issues with the site and squash a few bugs.

Working on a new gallery that should be finished in a few days.
This is being done to simplify user uploads of images current images may be lost during the upgrade.
The new gallery will support better moderation though the custom gallery may not be as good as teh current in looks it will be faster with improved base functions that are important to this site. I’m more worried about users and ease of content addition then i am a gorgeous gallery. Expect this done by Oct 5th. It will be done Soon(tm).

Identified a bug with shouting but have no located it.
Working to resolve it in the mean time keep voting as it helps me find database issues.
Still working on the video’s section haven’t figured out why its not working yet. found out that php-xml mod is not installed and im working to get that taken care of with my host. Hopefully they will do it.
I ran a debug and it is connecting to youtube and pulling it up however it is not outputting to the page for what ever reason.
Until it is working properly it will be staying in the pixels section either temporarily or perm depending on if i can make room on the title bar.
Made some changes to the shout code. Adjusted location, unfortunately the other image i was using for votes was causing problems with the database. I moved things and cleaned them up the best i could. It should be working fine now.

Database work, removed catching completely.
Removed old voting system. I liked it but it wasnt what we needed. Added a new one that works dif and hopefully will bump posts if not we at least know whats voted the most for on the sidebar.
Did a little reorganizing on the site.
Removed commenting from pages that dont really need it.

Added post approval. Author’s and higher do not need approval. All other users need their posts approved. This will usually happen within 24 hours. If spam is not an issue then approval will no longer be required.

Found an issue with voting that caused them to not always be stored. This has been fixed by temporarily disabling the site catch. This may slow down the site.

ALL registered users may now make posts and upload images to our nextgen gallery.
Max upload size per upload is 2MB.
Fixed up the pixel’s so that the thumb nail size is now 150×150 a bit larger for you. I may have to lower the number of them displayed at one time though to compensate for memory usage.
Added post approval. This shouldn’t really have an effect on everyone. I will be keeping a close eye on it so it doesnt interfere with the site.
Post linking is now possible. If your submission is to an offsite link please state so. The goal of this is to test and see how it works out. It should be noted with post linking that the redirect url must be setup properly for it to work.
Adjusted side bar to reduce clutter. Fixed the old sidebar login set so it now works properly.
More fixes going in as i post this.

Started working on a links page. Test it out, until further notice all links have to be approved though.
There is an anti-spam script running for the comments. There have been 3 comments blocked as of this update. If these were blocked in error please let me know so i can fix the issues.

Added a form to the contacts page to help prevent spam. Users who have my email are welcome to use my mail or the form doesnt matter which. If more than 20 images are submitted by a single user they get their own gallery on the pixels pages. I’m doing various other small things on here as well which will hopfully be done soon. Worked on teh affiliates page and added eve-online. For some reason when i post multiple images or flash it breaks the page so i’ve changed it to all text. Check out the sites lemme know if they are the type you would like to see on here. Im picky as it is but i’d like to make sure you guys are ok with them as well.

Fixed you tube links. Added PM abilities. Added a contacts page. Few misc fixes i didnt finish yesterday apparently.

changed settings on image gallery so anyone with an account can create a gallery and upload pictures. When uploading i ask that you make 2 sep gallerys 1 for SFW and 1 for NFSFW if they are not setup as 2 gallerys i will not add them to the album to be posted on image sections. Edit: Depending on what gets uploaded you could get your own gallery pages.

As of this post the site url has been fixed. Everything SHOULD be working accordingly but i did have to go through and edit the SQL database so hopefully i didnt fuck anything up in my drunken stoopor.

The subdomain with the typo will remain and redirect here. I decided not to change the permalinks so anything perma linked as killingnasties will remain as so all future posts will be killingnatsies like it should be.

tl;dr
Fixed the url – it was spelled wrong in my drunkeness when i setup the subdomain this is now fixed. The incorrect url is still active but redirects to here.

Fixed the SQL database. There were issues when i ported the blog.

Fixing plugins seeing as i forgot to fix their uri’s
Sidebar quick login is currently broken. I’m working on it.

If you find any bugs email me at bugs@oldnumber7.com and tell me what the bug is so i can fix it.

Optimized the SQL database, cleared out unused plugins and added a catch. This may delay posts on occasion but will increase the performance of the site over all.
